It was a distinct honor to be asked to design and build this memorial locker for a fallen Battalion Chief from Station 34.

The building of this small Tzedakah Box was a complex effort involving much research and trial over a period of a number of months.

Designing and building the Ark for this temple was an unprecedented challenge and privilege. We determined to use symbolism in the design with the intent to tell a story that the viewer might relate to.
